Data controller

This notice has been prepared by Zen Spa Sheraton as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Personal data we process

Through our booking and contact forms we process your full name, phone number, email address, whether you are a hotel guest and your room number, your chosen service, date and time, and the information you share in your message. For security, your IP address and the time of the request are recorded.

Purposes

Your data is processed to receive your booking request, confirm availability and contact you, answer your questions, improve service quality and fulfil legal obligations.

Legal basis and collection

Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers solely for the purposes above, and with authorised public bodies upon request.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion and object to processing. You can send your requests via 0533 277 65 34.
